Many working people don't have enough time to exercise. They usually don't have a car and have to go to work by a taxi or bus or train and so on. Also, their office may be far from their home. So if they want to arrive their work in time, they will have to wake up early in the morning. They usually work over time and when they come back home, they are very tired. For example, I work 9 hours in a day and I get stuck in traffic when I want to come back home. When I arrive home, I like to take a shower and rest. I think of preventing from health problems, we should do a simple exercise between daily activities in 5 up to 10 minutes and devote a few hours to sport in holidays.
