Physical illness is getting increasingly high among people who are working, due to avoiding exercise or not doing it at all. To live a better and healthy life, Work-exercise balance is essential and in this essay we will be looking at the causes of this issue and I will be presenting possible solutions to solve this problem.

A high majority of employees could have some wellness problems because of not making any exercise or sportive activities. Nowadays, timelessness is the main problem of workers. When they find free time, many of them want to spend it with friends or family.

In the twenty-first century, everybody understands the importance of exercise but sadly due to a hectic lifestyle very fewer people are engaging themselves in physical activity which is resulting in a lot of health problems. In my view, lack of health as a priority and busy lifestyle are the root cause of the problem which I will explain in detail in upcoming sections.Today our younger generation is very busy making their ends meet in such a way that they do not have enough time for their own bodies. They are so much engrossed in their daily office home routine that they stop listening to the demand of their own body. But this attitude is very risky in the long run as it leads to a very unhealthy society which overall impacts our nation's health as well. In other cases, if people have time, they try to spend more of their leisure time in front of an idiot box rather than in the field or in the gym. This attitude shows that any kind of physical activity is least on their priority list. Another trend which is more shocking is that they are setting this example in front of their children which is our country's future. The need for an hour is to give our body their due respect and start working on it which I will discuss in further section.As discussed above the majority of people are not able to do workouts due to their busy office schedule hence, we need to find a solution in the offices only. Nowadays lots of offices are coming with interesting concepts of gymnasium, yoga classes , Zumba classes and so on. I would recommend offices should make enrolling in any of the physical activities compulsory to its employees. In this way, employee health will definitely improve which will benefit the office in the long run as well. If physical activity is not possible during office hours, people should try to engage themselves in some form of physical activity which can be as simple as walking for 30 to 60 minutes outside of their working hours to improve their health.I think if we give some priority to our body by doing any form of physical activity, we can improve overall health of our society.
Nowadays, people do not get exercise regularly or often either during the working period or free time on account of the fact that there have health problems, such as physically and mentally ill. Nowadays, many workers do not have enough exercise during their working period or in their leisure time. From my knowledge, people have to participate in activities for maintaining their body and be healthy.
A great proportion of the working population work out for a short duration of time or do not engage themselves in any physical activity at all either the during working day or in their leisure time, hence facing health related issues. The significant increase in the monthly expenditure of the families and the sharply growing demand of consumers should be held responsible for preventing people from hitting the gyms and keeping themselves in shape, in order to solve the problem governments should step up and impose new rules.
It is commonly observed that a large number of people who work in different organizations are not given much attention to exercise even in their spare time so that they face h number of health issues. There are two leading causes, lack of time and a loss of motivation. Possible solutions would be that an employer should set up a gym in the company premise, and special incentives for those employees who join fitness clubs. One of the reasons that working people do not devote much time to exercise as they spend long hours at work. As a result, it is a detrimental effect on workers' health. For instance, a survey has been done by Cambridge University, found that 45% of labours who did not do any exercise due to shortage of time. To tackle this issue, employers should take some steps to install gym equipment for their employees so that it will be helpful to keep physically fit. Another problem that needs to be considered is the lack of motivation. This is because many people do not motivate to do exercises. As a result of leading a busy life or work pressures, many people are not just stimulated to go to a gym or join a sports club. For example, after a hard day of work, most people prefer just to come home and sit in front of the TV for relaxing, and they do not inspire to join a fitness centre. One possible solution is for employers to consider the health and well-being of employees and offers exclusive perks for those who join a fitness club. If this is implemented, it would have a positive effect on employee health and live a healthy life. To conclude, despite being implications among workers due to lack of exercise and motivation because of work commitments, employers need to provide in house gym facilities and the company should give special discounts or bonus on fitness centres.
Nowadays people doing jobs at different firm mostly have a fixed routine and, making a time for their families are also sometime challanges faced among them. In such schedule it is only important to focus on duty rather than other physical exercises that may create health issues for long term such as diabetes. In my opinion, at least few hours in a week an individual should prepare to do exercise that can be planned in many ways as discussed below.
Living a healthy and balanced lifestyle is one of the primary requirements for a long and happy life. But we have been seeing that a lot more people in their sedentary lifestyles are not able to integrate physical exercise in their routine, even when they are not busy which leads to lifestyle diseases such as obesity and high blood pressure. There are several factors in making this problem rise to such pandemic levels. Let us discuss them in detail and also how we can make people live a healthy life.
Health has been a huge matter of concern nowadays. The average life span is getting affected due the this problem. Moreover, the main reason behind people not focusing on fitness is, mostly, either, due to their white collar job or because of the advanced technology which has bound them to stay in their comfort zone.
