The worker gets a salary budget in the base of their skills and experiences. High post workers are paid extremely large wages that subordinates. Companies say that, if they pay high amount, it will be easy to find out talented person. I totally agree with that because the fact that topper level senior have more responsibilities and it’s also motivating the other attendant to do performance even harder.
In this technical era, directors of large firms often receive a much higher salaries than ordinary workers. Employer's organizations assert that in an international market, this is the best way to attract the best management. However, I believe that the board of directors receive more salary than ordinary workers because of their management skill and education. To embark with, there are a plethora of reasons that's why higher-ranked officers of multinational companies gained huge salaries. First and foremost, is that they are well experienced and know all the measures, such as information regarding the income tax and other legal ways that may help in the growth of the organization.
