The Reason of people not getting a time for the excercise is because of their busy schedule. As The standard work timings require 8-9 hours after it people get very limited time for the other activites such as being with their familes, managing daily chores etc. therefore working people do not get enough time for the workout. additionally, doing excercise is also dependend on the culture as in Asia most of the people find it normal not to work out or taking care of their health, lack of awareness and proritising excercise over other work is not common.
