Female and male similarly seen as having variety of ability and vulnerability. It is always argued to exclude males or females from a special careers because of their sex. I completely agree with this opinion and think that is correct to prohibit both genders in some categories of vocation in because of their gender.

Many people tradiotionaly considered man and women to be fundametaly different in regards to their strengths and weaknessess. While man were considered physically and mentaly superior, woman were thought to be artistic, patient and calculated.
