It is undeniable that the amount of stress human is experiencing in today's world is higher than ever in the past. This essay will examine the reasons for this high level of stress and come up with a practical solution.
People lifestyle have been changing because of the evolution in the work and school environment. The individuals are buried under the pressure of earning a better livelihood, and in schools, students delve into meeting deadlines to achieve good grades. Even though, the problem is arising every day, it can be solved by implementing some strategies like morphing a well-being program in workplaces and schools.
Human beings of our contemporary society are more stressful than the former generation of the world. There are several factors are likely to trigger this issue, however, in my opinion, the most noticeable are complexity of university enrollment and competition at work places.
