the art centre was changed to a Multi-screen cinema,and the school had been relocated close to the river.

the residential area at the very north experienced no change . But the Direct warehouse was converted into a Car park .

, the old town zone was replaced by Offices and given way to construct a University .

, the lake which was in the middle of the woodland had shrunk to a small Pond.
Finally
, the residential area and the woodland in the south of the river were demolished and given way to expand the Industrial complex.
