In general, the two disarms indicate that the north side of the city had been urbanised,
while
the south of the town is industrialized.
To start with , the residential area located at the north of the river was converted into a shopping centre, whereas
the art centre was changed to a Multi-screen cinema,and the school had been relocated close to the river. while
the residential area at the very north experienced no change . But the Direct warehouse was converted into a Car park . In addition
, the old town zone was replaced by Offices and given way to construct a University . Also
, the lake which was in the middle of the woodland had shrunk to a small Pond. Finally
