In these days, it is normal for both parents to work to fulfil their family needs because one source of income can not fulfil the household's needs. Therefore, it has been argued that worked parents have less time with family rather than only one of them that works. This essay will suggest the common problems caused by this trend and the impact on the children.
It is certainly true that jobs are being done by both parents these days. Although parents will do anything including a job, to bring up the family in the best possible manner, a few others work owing to their own choice. In the essay, I will discuss issues with this approach and the impact it has over the kids and family.
There has been a drastic increase in the cost of living all over the world. It has become quite common that both parents in a family to work to accommodate these high living costs. Some parents do this purely for their survival, whereas some parent does this because of their interest in their jobs. When a family is raising, man and wife need to decide their financial issues and the family's configuration may be changed. The woman may decide to stop their career or both would continue in their current jobs. A woman might be dependent on the husband money and in the upcoming future children may not be adapted when the mother restart to work.
