One part of the society believes that there is no perfect age to retire and the restriction of 65 years needs to be lifted. I strongly agree with the above-mentioned statement, as maturity comes with experience. Firstly, we will discuss the reasons why this mandate needs to be abolished and secondly, we will explain how experienced class is an asset to the corporates, not the liability.
