Dear Mr Smith, I am writing
this
letter in response to the complaints received from the administration department of our society regarding the noise coming from my flat. As you are aware that my daughter is getting married next week,
therefore
, I have my place filled up with guests. As no time is left for the wedding everyone is filled up with energy and is enjoying themselves. I was really sad when I got to know that the society members are facing a lot of difficulties because of the loud voices.
Therefore
, I apologise on behalf of my family members and I will ensure that I will keep a check on the music volume. I have already booked a place for my daughter's wedding and we will soon be moving out there. I hope that you will consider my apology and give your blessings to the couple. I hope to see you all soon at the wedding. Yours faithfully, Amandeep Singh.
