letter to draw your attention to the non-satisfactory service provided during our client meeting this
morning , we had our meeting held in meeting hall no. 12 from 11 am to 12:30 pm . Our clients and I have made bookings for one night stay at your hotel for tonight .
This
meeting was a buying meeting wherein we had our very important client from Australia for shortlisting apparel and accessories range for their upcoming spring - summer season to showcase in their outlets and for e-commerce online sales as well .
As you would imagine this
meeting was related to fashion and the Mannequin which was the crucial factor for our meeting and was not provided as requested to you while
scheduling our meeting . In addition
, the lunch order which we made with very less spices , came in with a huge amount of red chilli quantity in it . As a result
, this
made our clients feel a bit uneasy and very hard to work, thus
, it leads us to a situation wherein we suffered massive losses for the whole season .
I would want you to offer them a great dinner as a Gesture from our side and maybe a Discount voucher from the Hotel for their next visit , this
would maybe make them feel happy .
