In the modern world, families have become more independent and the part people play at home also has changed significantly. I believe this is a positive trend in terms of the quality of life. Households are increasingly becoming less rigid as people become more independent. As the society develops, a growing number of people, especially young people who value privacy and space, have chosen to live apart from their parents and have an independent life. This allows them to make their own decisions in most cases without the interference from their parents. Meanwhile, women enjoy equality in many parts of the world today, so many of them have decided to enter the job market like their husbands to have a fulfilling career, instead of staying at home. This change in the family structure not only liberates women from their traditional gender based role but also benefits men, because when the family has more earnings, the financial burden on husbands is lessened. I believe this is a good thing as an independent dual-income household can help people enjoy a high-quality life. When people live their own lives, it considerably reduces the family tension that often happens in an extended family. Staying away from those conflicts and arguments caused by generation gap, young people and their parents can both feel happy. What is more, as the wife also earns salaries, a family has more income sources. When people have disposable income, they will be able to spend on what they like or want. For example, they can have an exotic holiday or buy a luxury car. They are less confined to a limited budget, and this contributes a lot to the improvement in their standards of living. In conclusion, families are changing significantly in terms of their structure and the role people play within its boundaries. This has a positive influence on households due to the fact it enables people to live a high-quality life. Do you have an essay on this topic? One of the most noticeable drift in the world today is the huge rise in small family size. Having a small family is beneficial owning to the lower financial cost and quality achievements, but there are some hindrances to be considered. One of the major benefits of having a small family is the low financial cost. This is because the cost maintenance of a small family household items and needs like clothing, shopping etc is lower when compared to a large family. In addition, the parents would be able to achieve more in terms of offering quality education to the children. Furthermore, the parents would be able to combine their careers with family life. Also, the parents would have more attention for the children and there would be peace within the family. On the other hand, one of the major pitfalls of having a small family is the overdependence of the children on their parents and outsiders. This is because the children are always too pampered and thus mostly do not have any initiative of their own outside their parents influence. In addition, most of the children from small families are very lazy. This is usually because their parents cater for them all through and does everything in the house for them. Also, children from a small family mostly lacks the required confidence to relate with their peers because they have not been exposed to socialization. In conclusion, while having a small family is beneficial in so many ways, the pitfalls such as overdependence of the children and laziness should not be overlooked.

Music has always been a key distinguisher of culture but many believe that it can also bridge cultural gaps and differences in age. Though I think some people overstate the impact of music leveling the differences between generations, I strongly believe that it brings people of different cultures together by expressing universal sentiments. The main reason that I believe music is not a particularly good unifier in terms of generational disparity is that people tend to enjoy the music from their formative years and disdain whatever is currently relevant. Though there are of course exceptions, most people would recognise the mostly accurate stereotype of an old person complaining about the music that youths listen to nowadays. For example, in America some of the most popular artists today include Kanye West, Taylor Swift, and Rihanna. These artists differ greatly from past musicians. Kanye is a brash rapper with controversial opinions whose music constantly shifts and redefines genre. Taylor Swift and Rihanna write sugary pop songs that become ubiquitous in cafes and on the radio. Older people prefer what they used to listen to, whether that be intricate melodies and insightful writing of The Beatles or the raw sincerity of old school rap. The differences between the generations are reflected and augmented rather than mediated due to the different personalities and styles of modern music. Although music does little to alleviate generational barriers, it does help cultures relate through universal, human perspectives. What I mean by this is that even though people may not understand another culture they can still understand the messages of the music. One great example of this is the music of Bob Marley. Bob Marley is from a small Carribbean country called Jamaica, a country whose culture has become influential around the world
Chinwa: Every country has poor people and every country has different ways of dealing with the poor. What are some of the reasons for world poverty? How can the poor be helped? All nations have economically deprived persons, as well a various means with which they are dealt with. This essay will discuss some causative factors of global impoverishment, in terms of corruption and conflict, as well suggest means these individuals could be assisted. One of the major cause of poverty is corruption. This is because, resources proposed for economic development through building of infrastructures as well as industries, which will create jobs and better living conditions of citizens are embezzled, thus resulting in impoverishment. For instance, according to report from economic journal 55% of Nigeria citizens are impoverished which is due to high level corruption. In addition to this, conflict is another causative factor of economic deprivation. This is owing to the fact that lives, amenities, structures as well as businesses are destroyed in the advent of crisis. More so, people are constantly on the run, seeking asylum in neighbouring countries abandoning their properties. On the other hand, impoverished people could be assisted by the government in several ways. Firstly, leaders should channel more funds in the establishment of small and medium scale businesses for these individuals, as well as beefing up security in crisis prone areas, which would ensure safety properties and consequently improve their living condition. Secondly, strict policies and penalties ought to be implemented by the authorities on individual guilty of embezzling funds meant for economic growth. This however, will deter individuals from such act, therefore enhancing the financial growth of the people. For example, Japan is considered the country with the the least number of destitute, which is attributed to their zero tolerance to corruption. In conclusion, poverty is a major problem caused by series of factors, however, measures such as implementing regulations against corrupt actions, as well setting business ventures is means of assisting impoverished individuals

High school should allow students to study the courses that students want to study. Specify reasons and example to support your opinion. There are opinions that students who are in high school take more courses in the relevant subject. I personally believe that attendant to extra courses make a person more active and well-prepared. Extra-courses make a person well prepared while rare puppets do it while they are taking high school. It can be several reasons why students should take extra courses while they are in needs. Firstly, they are on the point of graduation the University; they should be extremely hard working on their studies to pass the university entrance exams. Secondly, high school is a great and a unique chance for every single student to well-prepared for the next terms. Thirdly, a well prepared will be helped to have a high rank in university department where she/he wants to get in for four year diploma. On the other hand, taking more course cause self-confidence for the individuals and as well as for studies ahead. I believe that more courses will be effective for the following studies due to a person has at least a general scamming or scanning, or even knowing any formula or any details of the lesson formulas. Eventually, I strongly hint to any students who are already in high school or who are attempting to high school to join extra-courses in order to have a smooth transition from high school to a university with a great eligibility and powerfully.

Parents throughout the world place spend time reading with their offspring to prepare them for school where their literacy skills are further developed; however, recent research suggests that focusing on reading at an early age can be detrimental, and participating in fun activities would be far more beneficial. I am a strong advocate of this approach, and the benefits of it will be covered in this essay. A fundamental reason for this is that there is no biological age for reading, and pushing infants to acquire this skill before they are ready could have repercussions. For example, in the UK, many boys are reluctant readers, possibly because of being forced to read, and this turned them off reading. By focusing on other activities and developing other skills such as creativity and imagination, when they are ready to read, they usually acquire this skill rapidly. In addition, the importance of encouraging creativity and developing a child’s imagination must be acknowledged. Through play, youngsters develop social and cognitive skills, for example, they are more likely to learn vocabulary through context rather than learning it from a book. Furthermore, play allows youngsters to mature emotionally, and gain self-confidence. There is no scientific research which suggests reading at a young age is essential for a child’s development, moreover, evidence suggests the reverse is true. In Finland, early years’ education focuses on playing. Reading is only encouraged if a child shows and interest in developing this skill. This self-directed approach certainly does not result in Finnish school leavers falling behind their foreign counterparts. In fact, Finland was ranked the sixth best in the world in terms of reading. Despite being a supporter of this non-reading approach, I strongly recommend incorporating bedtime stories into a child’s daily routine. However, reading as a regular daytime activity should be swapped for something which allows the child to develop other skills.

*ASSIGNMENT* *There is an increasing trend around the world to have a small family rather than a large family.* *What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a small family rather than a large family?* There is a paradigm shift in marriage trend globally in the settings of a nuclear family from large family size to small family size. owing to the fact that it is easy to manage the financial implication of a small nuclear family as against the large famly but as good as it is they are drawbacks that needed to be taken into account. One major benefit of the nuclear family is the angle of economic and financial independence. This is seen as the major factor that propels people world all over to opt for the nuclear family as it brings about personal achievement and responsive parenting on the part of the parents. For example, a family with a small size can afford to send their offspring to a high-profiled school in terms of academic achievement and also cater for the needs of their progeny. On the other hand, a major challenge is that children from small family often times findd it difficult to deal with interpersonal issues as they may be timid and they may have to deal with issues ranging from laziness to other despicable acts. For example, a child from a small family may find domestic chores difficult due to the fact that everything is being done for them. In addition to the above, is the fact that they tend to find it difficult to speak publicly and dealing with people becomes an issue. Conclusively, while small family size has its major benefits of economicc and finaancial independence, it should also be noted that there is no gain without pain as there also lies its drawbacks such as laziness, timidity, interpersonal issues and other challenges associated with it should be noted.
