One of the important aspects in organization is about how their member should dress. Some of them argue that their fellows should care about their fashion style, while others think that quality of work is matter more than others. This essay aims to explore more about these opinions followed by my opinion. Wearing a formal dress and being good looking are the general requirement in some organizations, because they think that appearance will have big impacts on the development of organization. For example, in the marketing sector, the sales will present their best appearance to attract consumer’s attention which it will add the profit for organization. Furthermore, some make appearance as one indicator to measure the discipline of the organizations. The tidy and clean appearances are seen as the proper characteristic to represent the organization. To illustrate, the employees of formal organizations, such as government organization, have to dress properly because their appearance play an important role toward public opinion. On the other hand, some believe that judging people by the appearance is a conservative method because dress smartly does not guarantee the quality of work. The modern organizations nowadays start to change the obsolete opinion by stressing more on quality of work than just appearance. For instance, Google and Facebook allow their employees to use whatever they want, even Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, usually use the grey t-shirt for attending the office. They assume that appearance takes a lot of people time and distract their focus on work, because they will spend a lot of time to choose their dress and make their fashion style as the priority more than their jobs. Therefore, they assure that by concerning more on quality of work than appearance will improve their professionalism and creativity on work. According to my opinion, this issue depends on the type of the organizations themselves. The one who make direct contact with people, such as house of representative and department stores, have to care about their appearance, while others who indirectly work with people, such as the computer programming organization, tend to focus more on their work. In sum up, it does not matter what the organizations care the most, as long as the method they prefer can lead them to achieve the goals of the organization.

Information technology has made our life faster and uncomplicated and straight. Most of the office work is performed on a computer these days. By using benefits we also put ourselves in hot water. It is estimated that our new generation is supposed to be unproductive, inefficient and ineffective. The use of our brains is reducing as it being replaced by technology. Over and above, a computer will have control of all the activities including our own in the near future. For instance, this is the reason why people are developing artificial intelligence, in order to replace human minds. Out and out, like every lock has its own key this problem also has its own solution. There are various solutions to keep our minds active and smart like by playing sports, we can keep our minds fresh. Although, we would be requiring our brain only to develop artificial intelligence.
