Physical fitness plays a significant role in everyone’s life. It is also an important aspect for younger generation as well as other groups. In my view, physical training has to be made mandatory and included as part of the educational curriculum. So that, they get trained on their favourite sport along with their academic subjects.
During 1980’s the children use be very active and sportive at home and / or when they are participating in any games because of the culture that was inherited around them. In those days, there were heaps of play grounds, people use to socialize in the morning walks and also when there are playing a favourite sport of their choice. For instance, if someone’s interested in playing cricket, he can socialize around 22 people (Each team consists of 11 members). Additionally, a person can burn his calories and keep himself fit. However, this is not the case now, everyone has become tech savvy.
In order to overcome this issue, i.e. everyone is occupied with their gadgets and interested to play indoor games instead of outdoor sports. Every educational institute have to allocate time for physical training as a mandatory class. Physical education is available in every school, However, there is no mandatory circular that is laid by the government or school supremacy. That’s the reason, it has taken for granted by the teachers as well as by the pupils.
In my opinion, Firstly, the tutors should explain the importance of being fit. Secondly, students have to choose at least three sports of their interest and finally, the required exercise for a day will be accomplished.
