The application of chemical in the preservation and production of food has called for a concern. This essay will reveal my opinion that the introduction of chemical in the production and preservation of food has greater negative effects than it's positive effects. Admittedly, the usage of chemical in food production and preservation gives long life to the food item. Applying chemical in food production and storing of food keeps them from spoiling or destroyed by certain elements. For example people are now using sniper to preserve beans because it can chase grain weevils from destroying the it. Also people apply chemical in the production of food to either increase the quantity or to give the food a better look. An example is the chemical applied in fish feeds. This feed enhance the growth and well being of fishes thereby ensuring high prices at the time of sales. Nevertheless, despite the benefits, the chemicals embodied in the production and storing of food, it is obvious that they are pointing to the direction to the producers and less to the consumers. Research has shown that the usage of chemicals in food production and preservation pose several health problems that has led to instant deaths and prolong illnesses. Due to the increase in the use of chemicals in food production and preservation, people are now applying sniper in the preservation of beans which the believe will chase out grain weevils from the beans thereby increasing the shelf life. In conclusion, even as the benefits of chemical application in food would be for the increase of food quantity, good look and the shelf life, the essence of consuming these foods which is for the nourishment of the body would be defeated.

In many countries, especially tourism-driven ones, there has been a long-lasting controversy over the matter of whether cultural traditions such as historical sites should be commercialized and used as tourist attractions. While I agree with the idea that to some extent, tourism exerts a negative influence on the culture of a country, I would argue that only through this business sector can such valuable assets be preserved for posperity. On the one hand, opponents of cultural tourism claim that it would have destructive effects on the host country’s culture. Essentially, both tangible cultural traditions such as royal palaces and intangible ones like traditional music were established and uphold by a restricted group of indigenous people who show deep appreciation for their own assets. Conversely, exposuring such cultural items to the wider public inevitably means that they are more prone deviations and damages. For instance, craftmen, with a view to catering for tourists’ preferences, might create artifacts whose traits differ from the conventional products’. The pressing issues of vandalism and desecration of historic buildings commited by travellers is another example sufficing to illustrate this point. On the other hand, those who support cultural-based tourism maintain that this is the only means with which the preservation of traditions could be achieved. Any cultural value would require the public’s recognition and physical upkeep in order to last. Through introducing foreign visitors to the tangible and intangible cultural values of the native, not only can those values be appreciated by a wider group of people, but they would also receive better maintenance thanks to the tax revenues generated from the tourism sector. Japan and South Korea are two high-profile examples of countries that have effectively values incorporated their traditional in tourism, attracting a large number of visitors from overseas by means of their culture, while widely promoting their traditional assets to foreigners. To sum up, while tourist-generated degradation of traditional values is an unwanted consequence of culture-based tourism, this business plays a pivotal role in the preservation of such values.

One of the most noticeable drift in the world today is the huge rise in small family size. Having a small family is beneficial owning to the lower financial cost and quality achievements, but there are some hindrances to be considered. One of the major benefits of having a small family is the low financial cost. This is because the cost maintenance of a small family household items and needs like clothing, shopping etc is lower when compared to a large family. In addition, the parents would be able to achieve more in terms of offering quality education to the children. Furthermore, the parents would be able to combine their careers with family life. Also, the parents would have more attention for the children and there would be peace within the family. On the other hand, one of the major pitfalls of having a small family is the overdependence of the children on their parents and outsiders.
