Analyze the role of ethics and social responsibility in business decision-making.

There is growing sentiment today related to the significance of morality and social

responsibility

. From my point of view, I believe two elements of ethics and

responsibility

can be considered the most important factors determining the success and sustainability of the

company.

To begin

with the ethical aspect, I believe that trustworthiness and employee care play the most important role in

operations. First of all, trustworthiness can be shown in many aspects, especially in product marketing. A company that wants to ensure its reputation needs to ensure transparency and realism in its advertising,

besides

that, they need to ensure good quality and maintain customer satisfaction.

Secondly

, employee care can be expressed by providing an ideal working environment. A counter-example is Google, it is rated as the best company to work for in America. The reason why they can achieve success today is that Google provides an environment to work and relax. There are some special rooms to suit many types of working people, they can freely use it and it helps people come up with new ideas and create higher productivity.

Besides

that, Google

also

provides coffee shops, walking spaces, free food for three meals a day, and unlimited snacks and candy.

Next,

protecting and maintaining environmental sustainability are significant activities showing the social

responsibility

of

business

. An excellent example is Finland country with the cleanest air in the world, its data is recognized by WHO in 2018. With support from the government, bus companies like HSL or Nysee in big cities like Helsinki or Tampere have used electric buses to reduce emissions when running in the city,

this

contributes to maintaining cleanliness and freshness in the air. For enterprises, Finland enacts strict regulations on saving raw materials when producing, creating as little waste, products as durable, turning waste into energy, and minimizing the impact on the environment as much as possible. In conclusion, ensuring ethics and social

will help businesses achieve goals and maintain sustainability for a long time.
