Dear sir, I am writing to express my thoughts about the company's decision to shut down the
cafeteria
.
This
action is right up to a certain extent because most of the employees are not utilizing it. The main reasons I can highlight from my experience are that items at the
cafeteria
are too expensive than market rate and most cafe teams are not keeping it hygienic. Which not only impact on the staff's pocket but
also
can get sick
due to
unhygienic.
However
, about 40% of the company's employees are buying things from cafes which are pre-packed. Shutting down can waste the staff's time in getting the items from an outside market which is quite far from the association premises. I would like to suggest some points which can improve the coffee shop environment and the number of users can be increased.
Firstly
, Train the crew about health and safety procedure so they can learn to maintain a healthful environment at the
cafeteria
.
In addition
, With your instruction to the cafe's manager, The item's price needs to bring down to the market rate, so all the company's workforce should not feel that the items are pricey. I hope you will think about my thoughts and take action to improve the quality of the
