Dear Devin, How are you? I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to share my excitement for the new year's dinner party hosted at your house as I can't wait to meet all of my old friends including you.
Although
the event still has a few weeks to go, I'm already super excited to spend quality time with my best buddies and welcome the new year. Since I've been working continuously for the
last
2 months,
this
event will recharge me as well. Tell me what should I bring for
this
night? As you know that I am very good at cooking Chinese cuisine and I'd be happy to share it with all of my friends. I'd not recommend you cook for all of us but rather let people bring what they like and share. I've to plan a dress as well for
this
event, are we having any dress code? I can't wait for
this
night to come. Regards, Vikas

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
