You saw an advertisement in the paper for a property management position at an apartment complex. Write a letter to express your interest. Include: Why you are writing Your suitability for the role How you would approach the position

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my keen interest in a property management post in a new apartment in the town centre. I read about
this
requirement in a newspaper yesterday. Since I have been in
this
field for two years, I am already aware of the different tasks one has to manage throughout the day.
Initially
, I worked as a manager in a central apartment which had three bedrooms, a balcony, a garden and an open kitchen.
However
,
due to
extreme snow, it was difficult to commute and I resigned. As the location is now perfect and I could reach you at any time from early morning to late night,I would like to join
this
position.
Moreover
,by working with you I could not only boost my skills related to the job but
also
get good contacts in the market which would be beneficial in the future and adds up to my CV. Awaiting an affirmative reply from your end. Yours faithfully, Ryan Crawley

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
