My name is Rustamova Laylo . I am writing
this
letter to let you know that I am interested in the Property Management position available in your apartment complex, advertised in the Times newspaper on 5th July. My highest qualification is a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration. I have over three years of experience as a real estate agent and have recently been promoted to Supervisor in High Rise Constructions.
In addition
, I have acquired real estate management certification from OSTRKS recently.
Although
the current role is quite enjoyable, I aspire to climb the ladder in
this

The Greeting

Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.

Always start an informal letter in the ways:

  • Dear + name
  • Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

  • Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
  • Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
