some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. others however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime and the motivation for commiting it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. discuss both these views and give your opinion.

It is believed that no matter under what conditions and intentions a crime has happened, for any kind of it, a fixed sentence should exist while some others think any case should be taken under consideration personally. I believe that a fixed penalty should be set,
