When students move to a new school, they sometimes face problems. How can schools help these students with their problems? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your answer.

At
first
, it's clear that
students
face a lot of challenges when transitioning to new learning environments. It is imperative that the
school
devise a plan to help new
students
adjust to their new surroundings as quickly as possible. It is possible for a
student
to encounter difficulties when moving to a new
school
. Many people have had to relocate at some point in their lives, including myself. During my childhood, my family relocated twice. Our family had to move when the old construction was completed and my father was hired to design a new one; he is an architect. As a new
student
, I faced two major challenges: "no
friends
" and "a large number of strangers". What follows is an analysis of these challenges, as well as recommendations for how a
school
can assist a
student
in
such
a predicament. When I arrived at a new
school
, I was confronted with an overwhelming number of people who had never met me before. After class, I would meet the teachers and ask them about their curriculum. It was easy to get along with them. New classmates made the task even more difficult. Several times I had to defend myself because
this
is how
students
get to know one another. There is a better way to get to know each other, I believe. In my opinion, schools should be involved. They could,
for instance
, set up a class where new
students
can meet their classmates and introduce themselves.
Second
, I had to deal with the fact that I had no one to hang out with.
This
meant that I was unable to catch up with old
friends
or make new ones because they were too far away. In today's world, it's much easier to keep in touch with old
friends
because nearly every
student
has Internet access. As a college
student
, I was unable to take advantage of
such
a unique opportunity. I believe that schools can benefit newcomers by assisting them in integrating into their new classrooms more quickly. When a
school
assigns a mentor to a new
student
, the mentor will help the newcomer adjust to the new surroundings. There are both positive and negative aspects to moving schools, and I'd like to stress that in the end. As an example, I learned how to quickly make new
friends
and how to persevere through difficult situations. I believe that it strengthened me as a person, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it.
