There is a problem with the changing rooms in the sports center that you visit. You have complained several times but with no success. Write a letter to the manager of the sports center. In your letter: • Describe what the problem with the changing rooms is • Say what happened the last times you complained • Explain what you want the manager to do

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the way the problem was handled by your staff. I reported the issue two times prior to
this
letter but it was not resolved. With
this
letter, I hope that you take serious action to prevent it from happening again. There are a total of five changing rooms for the ladies on the
third
floor. Earlier
last
month, I noticed that the door lock of two changing rooms: the innermost room and the
second
last
room, was not working. As there are a lot of gym users especially during the peak period, having only three changing rooms with functioning locks is definitely not enough. I reported
this
problem to the counter staff
last
month, on the same day I noticed it. She replied that she would fix
this
problem.
However
, only one was fixed. When I found out that the innermost door was still not fixed, I reported to another counter staff who was on duty on that day. I checked yesterday when I was at the gym again and, to my disappointment, it was still not fixed! I had to wait for almost twenty minutes for another available room. I would appreciate it if you could get it fixed at the soonest time possible, please. I am pretty sure that other gym-goers face the same issue as me, and
such
a long waiting time is really unacceptable. I look forward to receiving your reply. Yours faithfully, Norah Chen
