letter to you regarding the temperature controlling system of your

. I am Isha and I with my family stayed at your

week from 12 -14 January 2021.

Firstly

, I want to mention that we had a wonderful experience in your

hotel

and the

room

was very spacious and comfortable. But, there was an issue I want to bring to your notice, the cooling system of my

room

was not working properly. It started making loud noises in the middle of the night and because of that I and my family have very little sleep that day. The

morning, I made a complaint to the reception and the person there assured me that

this

problem would be fixed within one hour and I with my family went to visit the places and came back at night. The AC was working properly for some time but again got the same problem after 2 hours. We again asked for help but we were told that the mechanic would come in the morning.

However

, to overcome the heat we took bath at 11 pm and oped the

room

widows. But, the whole situation was very inconvenient for us.

Therefore

, I advise you to get the old ACs changed, so that other tourists would not suffer the same situation.

In addition

, have a mechanic at the

hotel
