You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter: give details of what went wrong explain what you had to do to overcome the problem at the time say what action you would like the manager to take

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with the heating system.
To begin
with, I stayed in your hotel
room
number 202 for two days when I visited Toronto
last
week on my personal trip along with my wife. We planned our trip well so that we could enjoy the whole two days as planned but we had great trouble with the air conditioner. As the weather is sweltering hot, I booked an airconditioned
room
,
however
, it was not working. I reported to the shift manager to fix the issue asap. In spite of my several reminders, we end up sitting on the balcony to avoid sweating and even we kept the main door open for the whole night without sleeping just to had some fresh air and it was really terrible. The
next
day morning, I was told that we would be shifting to a new
room
by 11 am and to my bad, that was
also
got delayed till 5 pm in the evening and I left the hotel as my flight was at 6.30 pm. Being a regular customer of your hotel, I would like to ask you to take some necessary precautions
such
as a frequent check of the air conditioners prior to the customer check-in so that a different
room
could be allocated to the visitors in that circumstances. Hope
this
would take care and I wish
next
time when I visit, I will stay at your place. Yours Faithfully, Hari Sunkara
