Travel is the source of energy that fuels crowd's soul and give them wings to fly the hard ocean. As travel is a leisure activity, it depends upon family how much they can spend on their holiday. I totally disagree with the view of not going abroad for roaming and go to somewhere in their own country.

The best way for employers to make their workforce happy is allow them more flexible working hours. To what extend do you agree? What other measures could be effective?
A large number of businessmen, who run resilient companies, care about their employees’ mood, atmosphere at work and continually consider different methods to make their ideal workplace. One of them is the possibility of greater flexibility in regard to working hours. While in my opinion, this is a common sense approach, there are others which could be equally or more successful.
