Nowadays, megapolises are overpopulated. What are the reasons and solutions?

Recently, we can observe overpopulation in conurbations. There are two reasons behind it,
however
,
this
problem
can be tackled by the government. Two factors are to blame why there is an incline in population density in metropolitan areas. The principal reason is attributed to low development in smaller cities or rural areas. It is undeniable that, majority of citizens living in
megapolises
Suggestion
monopolies'
are attracted by the opportunities. By way of illustration, one might not get a higher education at a satisfactory degree in villages.
Additionally
, salaries are significantly lower in suburban areas compared to more developed cities.
Moreover
, a great number of uneducated women
also
contribute adversely to
crowdedness
. A majority of illiterate females get married in early ages and
as a result
they become mothers. Sometimes, they are exposed to give birth to more than 2-3 children due to the force of their spouses.
This
way rate of birth rises dramatically and leads to overpopulation. Fortunately, there are two effective measures to diminish and deal with
this
problem
.
First
of all, the government ought to equip rural areas with modern amenities, providing better conditions. If the smaller cities and agricultural areas present a chance for better education and employment, a vast number of people might opt for living in suburban areas. Another efficient way to minimise
this
problem
would be empowering women. The birth rates would decrease, if the vast majority of females are literate and employed.
Therefore
, they will not be exposed to have matrimony and raise children while being juvenile. In conclusion, conurbations have faced high population rates in recent decades.
However
, if there will be a diminution of illiterate women and better opportunities in larger areas,
this
problem
would be mitigated.
