Some people think that it is better to build more public parks and sports facilities in new towns rather than shopping malls. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued by many that public gardens and fitness centres ought to give more importance than shopping complexes while designing new sites. In my opinion, I partially agree with
this
former notion as shopping centres are equally important as parks and gyms because shopping mall provides convenience and job opportunities:
however
, public gardens and sports facilities play a vital role to keep city dwellers healthy and fit. To start with, shopping centres could make shopping more convenient for locals. To be more precise, it would ease the purchasing of goods in the town and minimize the cost of transportation. To exemplify, one can shop for a nearby place which could be hardly far from their home, people can go by walk and pick household essentials from under one roof with fewer efforts at a lower cost.
Besides
, a Shopping Mall can bring employment to local in retail and security to support their families.
Furthermore
, there is no doubt why parks and sports facilities are crucial for city dwellers.
Firstly
, gyms
provide

suitable space and equipment for people to exercise.
For instance
, people can go jogging in the green lands, run on the athletic tracks and play tennis, and cricket in the stadiums.
This
not only keeps them fit, but
also
elevates their mind.
Also
, parks and sports clubs are the best spots to socialize. People can befriend others while playing sports and walking in the park. To conclude, even though, public parks and sports complexes are imperative for city residents to socialize and keep them mentally and physically healthy, I believe that shopping centres are equally valuable, since they provide job opportunities and convenience to town people.
