Some people say that it is possible to tell a lot about a person’s culture and character from their choice of clothes. Do you agree or disagree?

It is important to consider the various ways in which various ethnic groups live with one another. Some people believe that a

This

that is
likely to know much about a
person’s
way of life and attitude from their choice of dressing.
To begin
with, style of clothing is specific to different cultures in Africa especially in Nigeria. The various ethnic groups have their cultural style as well as their behaviours.
For example
, The Nation recently reported that it would be easier to recognize the tribe of a person the way they dress while they were in an occasion compared to when they are not dressed in their native attire.
Nonetheless
, if they cannot be identified based

then
much information about a
person’s
tradition cannot be discerned through their choices of clothes.
Additionally
, people from another culture rarely put on the attires of the
place
they are currently residing. They probably want to preserve their own tradition by maintaining their own form of dressing.
For instance
, a recent poll by

of Arts and Cultures found that 95% of settlers are likely to maintain their traditions rather than adopting the once of their current

of residence. Notwithstanding, if they had adopted the once of their current
place
of living, much cannot be said about their values. In conclusion, due to people regularly maintaining their own traditional clothing styles and not having interest in adopting the once in their
place
of residence, I believe that it is possible to speak a lot about a
person’s
culture and attitude.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
