In the modern world, employers are always seeking the ways of increasing their work productivity and efficiency, and mixing two generations in the same workplace can be one way of achieving this, as they can share their ideas and collaborate with each other. However, others feel that such kind of method may not work, as older employees cannot understand the innovation, new trends and changes, which is occurring in the modern world. Personally, I believe that if managers can deal with minor problems in the workplace, such as misunderstanding, the younger staff can collaborate with older people.
