It is noticeable that an increasing number of animals and plants are categorized as endangered species, which raises the alarm about the loss of biodiversity. This essay will propose many approaches that both governments and individuals can take to prevent biodiversity loss from happening.

It is often believed that governments should conduct and supervise scientific studies instead of private companies. From my perspective, I completely agree with this statement because of the following reasons.

Scientists believe that in order to protect the environment, people must use less energy in their daily lives. However, most people have not changed the way they live. Why do you think many people have not taken individual action? What could be done to encourage them to take action?

Our environment is negatively affected by the use of fossil fuels as a power source, which many people consume in various forms in their daily life such as petrol for cars and coal for generating electricity. While many people are not fully aware of the effect their actions have on the environment, they should be taught about how to make better decisions to save our planet.

The pursuit of knowledge is a concept that is valued by most cultures. In the 21st century, we now have many more options regarding how and where to find that knowledge. If you are a French national, you can apply to do an economics degree in the USA, and likewise an American citizen can take a course in linguistics in France. Indeed, most universities across the world now have a good proportion of foreign students enrolled in their programs.

Many people choose natural healing methods such acupuncture and massage therapy to recover from illness. Others prefer to use pharmaceutical drugs prescribed by their doctor for their aliments

Nowadays people are splitted into two categories: there are some that prefer using classical drugs for recovering from an desease, while others are more willing to select alternative ways for feeling better. In my opinion there should be a balance between both the alternatives, as a person cannot always rely on natural remedies, but the same worth for the drugs as they may provide addiction, and further problems.
