In recent years, many small local shops have closed because customers prefer going to large shopping centers or malls to do their shopping. Is this a positive or negative development?

In the present years, people are seen to prefer buying from a big shopping complex, which has resulted in the shutting down of small shops. Albeit there are some downsides to this trend, in my view, it offers an overall positive development.

The allocation of and judicious expenditure of public funds is a lingering topical issue for governments around the world today. Although I agree that it is important to spend money on public services, I do not think money spent on the arts is a useless venture.
