I am writing this letter to express my concerns about some issues that I have been facing in office that are affecting me. As you are aware due to department restructuring some of my team members were let go from the services of the company. Some of my team members are holding me responsible for this and are being non-cooperative in day to day work.This is severely impacting the departments as well as my performance.
Despite prison sentences is the popular method in most nations to combat the criminal issues, a considerable number of people think that the improvement on education is more effectively to solve this problem. In my opinion, I completely disagree with this view, because I believe that both ways have their own characteristic benefits and should play a vital role in reducing crime.
It is true that environmental pollution is a major topic of concern. Although I accept that limit long-distant flights could help this situation, I do not agree that it is the only measure that the government should take.
It is true that some job seekers select their career based on salary level. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that others base their job choice on more important considerations rather than salary alone.
Some people believe that giving much stricter sentences on traffic offences is the only way to improve road safety. In my opinion, I disagree with this statement as I think there are other effective measures that can also tackle this problem.
People around the world are currently getting more obese, and they also have to face with increasing health problems. There are some factors leading to this, and effective solutions should be produced soon to prevent this issue.
It is often argued that raising the minimum age at which people can drive cars or ride motorbikes will improve road safety. While I agree that this will somewhat solve the problem, more efforts should be put into nurturing people’s awareness of traffic problems and the feasible consequences thereof.
It is true that not many people nowadays can achieve in balance between their work and their personal life. There are several reasons for this issue and a variety of ways can take into account to tackle this hard problem.

Many people claim that besides making money, the enterprises also have social responsibility. While I accept that the priority of enterprises is to making profit, I completely agree that they should contribute (do) more for society.
People have different views as to whether tax should be devoted to fast trains connecting cities or transport public in use. Although it can be argued that investing in high speed trains between cities is essential, I believe that ameliorating current existing public transport is more urgent.
Some people agree that traditional cultures are going to be out-of-date due to the development of technology. I completely disagree with this viewpoint and I believe that all of us could find a better way to live with them.
Some people argue that animals should not be treated as products and that they should have the same privileges as humans. Despite this, others say that animals are necessary to satisfy multiple demands in cooking and experimentation. In my view, society has no right to exploit a living creature against its will.
It is true that young adults have a tendency to show less politeness and respect for their elders. Although there are undoubtedly causes of this issue, both families and societies can take steps to mitigate this negative trend.
Some individuals argue that raising the minimum legal age for driving car or riding a bike is the most effective method to increase road safety. While I accept that this policy is good in some ways, I believe that there are better measures to reduce traffic accidents.
It is observed in some cities that cars are more favorable than bikes while a contrasting pattern in seen in other places. This happen due to some reasons but personally, I am in greater favor of the belief that cycling should be encouraged rather than driving cars.
