A vast majority of the population is under the impression today that the younger generation is more attractive than the elder generation in business and the workplace. In this essay, I will highlight the reasons behind this viewpoint and express my opinion at the end on why I feel an effective balance needs to maintain between the two.
Certain groups today have argued that these day people are becoming more dependent on other people and focused on their own desires, while others believe that some individuals tend to become more independent. I believe that some people have some limitations to doing something not only financial problems but also family commitments.
