Today, the harmful effects of smoking on direct smokers and passive ones who breathe cigarette smoke are well-discussed. Many countries have enacted laws to forbid smoking in public places while others do not tend to follow. In this essay, both sides of the discussion will be debated and reach a conclusion.
By raising the number of smokers, some countries have passed laws against smoking in public areas such as offices and restaurants. However, other countries do not have the same attitude. The essay will discuss both views and conclude.
There is no doubt that smoking in public places continuous to be a controversial issue. Some argued that this is not harms anyone, while others disagree and think it will lead to serious health problems for non-smokers. In this essay I will look both sides of this argument and give my own opinion.
Generally, many people conceive that smoking anyway is not judicious and brings so much hazardous effects to the community. According to this social demand, Governments approved restrict laws which makes smoking forbidden in public or closed places like restaurants or offices. There are countries with opponent idea who consider no restriction for smoking even in public area. Both aspects would be discussed here.

It is a well-known fact that smoking is a hazardous behaviour that leads to unfavourable consequences. While some countries do not intend to prevent smoking in public places, others have already set laws against this. In this essay, I will discuss both views and show my support for the latter.
A legal enactment against drawing cigarettes in public areas such as offices and restaurants is followed up by several countries, yet the rest of them has not any regulations for that. This essay will discuss both arguments and put on a conclusion.
Laws prohibiting the deliberate inhalation of tobacco in public spaces have been passed by some nations, while some other nations have no plan of doing the same. In as much as, both sides have solid arguments to back their stance, I am of the opinion that there are more merits than demerits and this essay will explore both sides of the argument while concluding on which side I favour.
