I have received your letter, about renewing the contract and pay more rent. I'm interested to continue further stay since it is convenient for my office ,however I would also like to highlight the problems which I'm facing. The central ac is freezing up outside due to that it is not working efficiently and the kitchen sink water is not flushing out properly.
