The intent of this letter is to address the increasing parking issues in our association. As we all know, their multiple vehicles in the community where most are two-wheelers which are difficult to park. Moreover, with the parking area provided per flat is relatively smaller to accommodate a car only. Firstly, there is an argument generally noticed among neighbours regarding the two-wheeler parking as after parking the car they are using another parking or the open areas. Here, I would suggest using the MHADA parking as it is in an open area with the semi-covered sheds, for ,this we only need permission from the builder and this will solve our problem to a great extent.

I am writing this letter regarding the recent problems of wrong parking which happened in the parking. However, one of you has a wrong parking of his vehicle which cause an accident with my motor, and cost me too much to repair it. Also, he has taken a place not only for one automobile, but also for 3 cars. Therefore, I suggest that we will make the parking by personal card, and will give a specific space for each car by number. In addition, we will make cameras to monitor the parking and keep it safe. Moreover, if anyone have a suggestion of the problem please note it. However, we need to make a meeting for all of us to discuss these solutions and to prevent any future problems. We can make a meeting on the next Friday 11 of May at 4 pm because all of us will be off of the work.
