I have been a satisfied customer for several years, but I am writing this letter regarding my suitcase which was lost while travelling on your airline, during the arrival of flight A202 in Paris on 15th Oct 2021. I boarded this plane on 14th Oct 2021 from Delhi with my black suitcase with important documents.
