Nowadays, we found that there are a lot of crimes happening. People are divided in their opinion regarding punishment, on other hand, they wanted a fixed punishment and the rest believe we haave to decide carefully by keeping mind some consideration, such as motivation for committing it, and circumstances of an individual crime. I will support these views with arguments in the following paragraph.

I believe that a fixed penalty should be set, however, since each case has to be analysed individually, there has to be certain flexibility in judgments.
