Due to the advancement of the medical science, elderly citizens are on the increase and hence, their expenses to survive have also been increased. There is a portion of the society, who believes that, it is not the responsibility of the regime to facilitate older people financially for their survival, because, elders can collect the funds, when they are young. However, I partially agree with the given statement and the reasons are explained in trailed paragraphs.

Some people believe that governments should not have to supply care of financial support for older people because self-prepare for retirement is the liability of each person. In my opinion, I think it is the responsibility of governments to take care of its senior citizens as well each person must have plans for their retirement.

People have contrasting views, whether the seniors should get financial support from the state or not. Although it is an individual duty to make savings to ensure future safety, I believe, they should be funded for some concerns.

Government should be responsible to support it's people as community contributes in many ways to the society. In my opinion I disagree that government should not provide and support its people. To begin with, people are the one who produce the most of the budget that they are using to make projects and build infrastructure that community used.
