In 1980, 60 % of American old people preferred watching TV to others, and next years, the proportion of them increased considerably by 10 % in the 2000s before the figure for this saw a moderate decrease to below 60 % in the last year given. The percentage of elderly hiking soared and reached a peak at 80 % in 2010. Similarly, the number of old Internet users was negligible in the first year given, however, in the following years, the percentage of the Internet users among old people had increased dramatically to 50 % by 2010.

There is an argument that studies at an early age can help children learn faster. Some people believe that children should begin formal education when they are four years old. While others argue that children should spend those time with their family and learn things outside school. I personally agree that starting formal schooling at seven is a proper age.
